If your email provider offers web-based email (like Gmail or Outlook.com), you can access your email by logging in to the provider's website. If you're using a phone or tablet, you can usually download your email provider's app from the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Play Store (Android).

Using any desktop web browser, navigate to https://accounts.google.com/ to access Gmail online. Click "Next" after entering your username or Gmail email. After entering your account's password, select "Sign in".

On your computer, go to Gmail. Enter your Google Account email or phone number and password. If information is already filled in and you have to sign in to a different account, click Use another account. If you get a page that describes Gmail instead of the sign-in page, at the top right of the page, click Sign in.

Sign up for a Gmail account Go to the Google Account sign in page. Click Create account. Follow the steps on the screen to set up your account.
