Once you have claimed your home, click on the Edit Facts icon from the Owner View of the property page. Edit various details including home type, bedrooms, bathrooms, and finished square feet. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.

If you notice a listing is displaying incorrect information (i.e. wrong phone number, listing facts, incorrect photos), you can flag it to notify us of the error. To flag a listing, click "More" at the top of the property page and then select "Report problem with listing."

An "active" listing on Zillow means the property is for sale. Buyers can view and make offers on "active" properties. "Active under contract" means an offer is accepted, but not final. "Pending" status indicates a property is close to being sold.
